Studio Policies and Terms

Tuition

• Due the first lesson of each month. Please make payments at the beginning of class.
  Accounts not paid by the 15th of each month will be charged a $10.00 late fee. No exceptions! We do not send monthly statements, only late notices. Any returned checks will be charged a $20.00 NSF fee to the account. If you need to make payment arrangements, please call the office.
• We do not give refunds for missed classes. We do not offer make-up classes but will try to accommodate you in another class.
• You must notify us of enrollment termination or class change prior to the first of the month; otherwise you will be billed for the month.
• A $20.00 costume deposit is due either at time of registration or by October 1st.
  Costume deposits will not be refunded. All costumes are ordered in January to assure arrival by the recital. Residual amount owed for costumes will be billed by February.
• Payments may be paid by cash, check or money order. Please ask for a receipt if paying by cash.

• The studio does offer discounts to students taking more than 2 classes.
  Please speak to the owner about this discount.
• Schedule subject to change depending on class size.
• If you are new to a class, please call ahead of time before arriving to class.

Dress Code

• Jazz/Tap: Hair must be pulled away from the face. Black jazz/tap shoes are required. Black dance pants are preferred.
• Combo Classes: Pink leather or canvas ballet slippers and black tap shoes. Pink or dark colored leotard and pink or white tights.
• Hip Hop: Students may wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. No inappropriate slogans or logo’s on clothing. Black Converse sneakers are preferred.
• Ballet: Hair must be pulled back in a bun. Pink tights and dark color leotard. A small ballet skirt may be worn per instructor’s approval.

Additional Rules

• Please have your students dressed in dance attire. Our studio does not offer a dressing room.
• Please drop and pick your student up on time.
• Students are only allowed to bring water bottles into the studio. Please no food, gum, or soda.
• Students and spectators are not allowed into vacant studios where unattended.
• Please notify the studio if your student is afflicted with a serious injury, illness or medical condition.
• We ask that all students wait for rides inside the studio.
