This workshop is for anybody who wants to keep themselves in check during the summer months.

We will be focusing on:

-- Endurance; getting our heart rates up, help to sustain healthy heart and energy.

-- Flexibility; to be flexible helped tremendously in having proper form.

-- Conditioning; muscle strength is very important, we will code and build the core which needs to be strong not only for dance, but for many other activities we teaching every day. We will also be stretching our arms and legs.

The workshops are for all, not just our dancers.

There will be three workshops. Each workshop meets one day a week, Tuesday or Thursday, for the length of the workshop.

  Pay Online or With Check - You must pre-pay to secure your spot.

Classes will be Tuesdays and/or Thursdays

6pm - 7pm will be kids from 6-11 years of age

7pm - 8pm will be 12 and older.

*Cost will be $40 per workshop period for one day a week class. If you would like to come twice a week the cost will be $60 per workshop period. Please contact Ms. Angel at 890-7795 or email at angelrigby@gmail.com

Please make checks payable to Angel Rigby. Feel free to pre-pay or at least bring a check the first day of the workshop session.
